Mushroom and Avocado Bruschetta

Wooohooo! Thank God it's Friday. Anyway, i've made another session of jogging this morning with my friend. It was such a tiring and worth though. Uhm, this morning my body was not that appropriate with my mind because these past few days, i ate a lot of carbo foods so my body was little bit heavy to make a session but lucky me because without any doubt, i completed a long session.

So, when i arrived in home. I decided to make a simple but healthy breakfast that i got from Erwan Heussaff's blog. But i made a little version of mine. In Erwan's blog, he put zucchini but in my version, i put mushrooms instead. But it's still the same way how you going to cook it and make it.

You know what guys, although this dish is so simple to make. It has this unique taste that you'll literally find everytime. I mean, when you already tasted it, you'll just say "I want more". Haha
And thankful also for the avocado. Although it hasn't that sweet taste unlike in the fruits, it has this unique taste and a little creamy. Especially when you already put in with the other ingredients, you'll just realise that this fruit is such a perfect combination for every base for your bread.

So guys, just message me or send me some photos of your little version of this dish. You can also shared this to anyone. Happy Weekends.

Good Morning!

A Real Burger Monster

After a LONG and TIRING exercise (jogging and running) that we've made (with my friend), we should need an extra REWARD for what we've done. And we also need this to have that enough fuel into our bodies to sustain that strength that we really need. For another time, we "AGAIN" tried to make this dish with the help of Erwan's blog (http://www.thefatkidinside.com/mains/burger-monger-monster/). Really thankful for this food blog especially for us people who are now very conscious with the foods that we intake into our bodies.

Well, i really never thought that this burger was a REAL MONSTER. Why? Because when the time that i ate it, seems like the burger will be the one who'll eat you. Because you really need to open your mouth as wide as you can just to bite a piece of it. LOOOOOL. FYI, i'm not kidding. Anyway, it was such a real monster BUT also it has a real monster taste too!(DELICIOUS). And also the way you'll put mayonnaise or mustard into the bread as a base, and also those mini tomatoes and chopped onions that you'd cooked as a filling on top of the burger patty. And last but not the least, the way you cook the patty. WOW! For me, to get that real taste you really wanted in your burger, you need to have those 'little' charcoal color in your patty to sustain that crispness that everyone like about eating a burger.

Recipe of Erwan Heussaff

First of all, this dish isn't mine. It's Erwan Heussaff's recipe. Anyway, I was inspired to cook this dish, well thanks to Erwann's blog (http://www.thefatkidinside.com/healthy-eating/non-fried-fried-chicken-screw-nuggets-vid-still-uploading/) because I was able to cook another food that i took a hardwork to made it. Haha. Oh by the way, in Erwan's blog, the ingredients are chicken thighs, mustard, garlic powder, yellow squash, paprika. In fact, i missed all those ingredients because we don't have those BUT the food got along its way. LOOOOOL. Never thought that even if i missed some ingredients, it's still tasted good.

Thank you Erwan for sharing this dish :D

Seeing myself in the FUTURE

Actually, we don't know exactly what will happen in our future. But all I want is to become a journalist. Not only the reason that my families will see me in the television, as well as I want to get out my shell. I mean, i want to explore more interesting things that can happen in life of a simple person. But, before that... I should need to be more true to myself and love myself as well. And also by believing myself. For me, that was the important thing.. Believing in your skills, talents, and yourself. Because if not, you can't easily succeed and get the things you wanted.

Maybe this scenerio that i'll tell you will make you quite laugh or maybe you'll ask why am i doing this thing or maybe some of you will think that i'm crazy..

Anyway,

That was Thursday morning and i just got home. When i opened the TV, i already turned it into a news channel which is ANC (a Filipino cable news channel). Actually, i was amazed at that time because the news anchors looks like they were very serious of what were they doing and they pronounced the words that well. So, i never thought that in a snap of a finger, I went in the flow of the news. I mean, i say the news that passes by in the lower part. And i say all those news just like a real news anchor. I seated up straight, chin up my head high, and I read it like a professional. And when the news channel was done, i can't help but smile because at that time, I'm already looking myself as a real professional news anchor.

Well, i hope i can achieve this dream of mine. As they say, "EVERYTHINGS POSSIBLE".

Rice Salad alla Marco

My very first rice salad. Where do i start, okay... Since i found a formaggio cheese in refrigerator, i thought of a food that has some unique taste and healthy as well. And then as i looked for other ingredients that i can add up. I saw carrots, small tomatoes, tuna, 1 boiled egg, and cooked rice. Actually, whenever i cook foods by myself, it just makes me more happier and it really makes me proud of myself as well. Although the foods are not that hard as the others, it's still okay for me.

Ingredients:
- cooked rice                              - garlic
- feta cheese                               - olive oil
- tuna                                          - carrots
- tomatoes
- salt

Procedure:
- cook some rice first
- chop the eggs, cut the carrots into squares, cut the feta cheese into square
- cut the tomatoes into 2 (depends on the size)

How to cook:
- in an un-stick pan, put some oil and put the garlic
- put also the rice that you'd cooked
(fried rice)
- put all the ingredients in the pan (carrots, tuna, egg, feta cheese)
(then mix it up)

Then your rice salad is ready to serve!

He always want to play and everytime he sees something that moves, he keeps on following it. LOOOOOL. Well, we've got his name in the movie, Hachiko. And since, Haji is white and black, we thought of some name that is Japanese and when we remembered that movie, then the Haji began.

Foods :D

One of my hobbies is definitely COOKING. And everytime I cooked food that I know I took a lot of hard work and enough passion to make one, it really make me feel happy and proud of myself as well. Although some of the foods that I'd already cooked are not that hard as like the foods that chefs are making, I'm still happy because I can cook. Well, it all started that I learned how to cook was when I went here in Rome. The very first food that I'd mastered is the Filipino dish: SINIGANG. It's also one of my favourite food to eat. And then, I learnd some pasta foods. I'd learned on how to cook Pasta con Zucchini, Carbonara, Pasta col Calamaro, etc... And also the reason why I wanna learn and started to cook is, to get a girl. LOOOOL. Well, as they say, you can get a girl through her STOMACH. :D

These are some of the foods that I'd already cooked.

Nidi di Spaghetti Grattinata

Spaghetti ai Piselli e Stracchino

Pasta col Calamaro
